Good to know

This unit has two bedrooms (one king bed and one full bed), each with en suite bathrooms. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare gourmet meals, but if cooking is not your thing, you'll be in walking distance from several popular restaurants. There is a laundry room with a full washer and dryer just off the kitchen.

House rules

1) The primary guest (the responsible party required to check in and be present throughout the stay) must be at least 25 years of age. 2) Absolutely no smoking (including vaping and cannabis) in the unit, in the breezeway, or on the balcony. A substantial cleaning fee plus the cost of lost reservations during cleaning time will be charged to the card on file for smoking in or around the property. 3) Animals are not allowed inside the condo or on the beach without a Walton County permit. If you will be traveling with a service dog, please contact the host prior to booking. 4) Unit occupancy is limited to six persons at any given time. 5) Damage to the unit, fixtures, and furniture, excessive filth, blood and other stains, and missing items will result in additional charges.

10/10 recommend! She squeezed me in last minute on a business trip and the place was so gorgeous and homey! I had to sneak over to the private beach access and hot tub at least once before my stay was over. If you’re looking for a place this will not disappoint!
